This was exactly what I needed to take my HF100 apart. My lens cover wasn�t opening right. This allowed me to safely take the entire assembly of and clean out the gears. It includes very easy to read and understand instructions, PLUS it has every service instruction for adjusting this camera. It took about a minute to download.
